Easy operation for homes, schools and industrial properties.
eurofire operates using the same principles as an oil-fired system. The burner is started by electrical ignition and continues to operate until the automatic digital control system registers the pre-set boiler temperature. At this temperature the burner performs an automatic, blow-through cleaning function and enters stand-by mode. In the event of an electrical black-out the eurofire will automatically restart with no need for a manual start up.
eurofire uses pellet fuel and produces a forward burning flame. This means it can be retrofitted to most in-situ boilers. For optimised fuel efficiency, a new boiler is recommended such as the Baxi Bonus 30, Solo Innova or an Effecta 220. For our larger burners from 50kW up to 300kW, the Triplomat or other larger sized boilers can be used.
Unique Patented Design Reduces emissions and saves money.
eurofire produces a unique cross-flow air supply. This design increases fuel efficiency considerably, thus reducing running costs. The burner has a compact digital PLC control box, making installation uncomplicated and is easy to position in the boiler house. Very importantly, the boiler control has fine regulator settings between Maximum and Minimum temperature, this allows much longer intervals between each Start and Stop and so reduces the number of Start and Stop. Biomass boilers use more fuel when starting up, just as an aircraft uses more fuel for take-off. eurofire's unique design ensures fuel economy and reduces unnecessary emissions. This feature becomes more even important when using an accumulator tank.
eurofire has a “ pellet feed” test. An easily carried out test to ensure the correct quantity of fuel is feeding to the burner from the silo through the auger feed-screw. There is no need to start the burner. The digital PLC is designed to upload any future programme modifications.
Low fuel consumption is a special design feature of the eurofire range of pellets burners
